This New Grad Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to join our team and participate in a comprehensive nurse residency program. You will work alongside experienced caregivers, develop clinical judgment, and cultivate essential nursing skills.
Responsibilities
- Nurse Residency Program: Participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit your needs and pace, where you will provide direct nursing care and develop clinical judgment.
- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including general, breast, gynecology, pancreatic/liver, and urology surgeries.
Requirements
- Licensure: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Skills: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
