As a Systems Analyst I, you will help provide the right tools for our caregivers to perform their job at the highest level. Your duties will include but are not limited to: • Working with caregivers to acquire necessary licensing for various tools • Ensuring efficiencies through license monitoring and adjustments • Working with vendors to understand and manage licenses per their licensing requirements • Working with Supply Chain and finance teams to ensure licenses are paid/renewed/established per agreement terms • Working with leadership to collaborate on licensing agreements and renewals • Working with Service Management to implement software asset management The ideal caregiver is someone who: • Has great customer service skills. • Understanding software licensing. • Is organized. Job Details Responsibilities: Provides application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems. Contributes to departmental projects and solutions implementation. Demonstrates, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration. Supports development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance. Maintains user confidence. Protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains high level of quality work in a stressful environment. Other duties as assigned. Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred. For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date. Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Work Experience: Minimum of one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position. Offset: High School diploma/GED and three years of experience. Offset: Bachelor’s degree and no experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with software license agreements and administration. Experience with corporate financial processes. Experience with software asset management Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
