This role delivers responsive employee service, accurate plan administration, and reliable operational support across benefits processes and systems.

Summary Of Responsibilities
- Plan Administration
- Process enrollments, qualifying life events, and ongoing plan maintenance accurately and on time
- Intake and validate documentation (e.g., dependent verification, beneficiary designations, and life insurance forms)
- Complete enrollment confirmations, verification and requests.
- Employee Support & Communication
- Serve as a first-line resource for employees and retirees; interpret plan provisions and communicate options clearly
- Educate employees on benefits during annual enrollment and throughout the year; contribute to materials and FAQs
- Data & Systems
- Perform routine checks in HRIS and vendor platforms to ensure data accuracy; escalate discrepancies with clear documentation
- Support data file reviews between Workday/Dayforce and vendors; help troubleshoot basic integration issues
- Assist with scheduled/ad hoc reporting and simple analyses
- Compliance & Reporting
- Follow policies aligned to ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
- Support annual enrollment, compliance calendars, and vendor deliverables.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Build strong working relationships with HR, Payroll, and vendor partners.
- Contribute ideas to streamline processes and improve employee experience
- Other duties as assigned
- Customer focus, attention to detail, strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; comfort with HRIS and vendor systems
- BA/BS in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years in employee benefits administration
- Experience in Workday/Dayforce

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
