Job Summary:
The Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated data analyst to assist with collecting, analyzing, and presenting data insights. The analyst will primarily use statistical methods and advanced analytics to inform key strategic initiatives. Specific initiatives will be derived from cross-functional business needs including, but not limited to, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Suites & Hospitality, Retail, and F&B. This position reports to the Director, Analytics.

- Meet with stakeholders to determine analytic needs.
- Develop and execute statistical modeling techniques to generate insights.
- Independently extract and join necessary data from disparate data streams.
- Support the execution and interpretation of Machine Learning functionality.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing analytic support.
- Maintain an understanding of the latest trends and technologies related to Analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, strategy, or consulting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business minded professionals.
- Experience with statistical modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficient in a statistical programming language (R, Python).
- Proficient in a visualization tool (Tableau preferred).
