The Opportunity
We are hiring a Customer Engagement & Sales Specialist to join our Cleveland field team.
This is an entry-level, face-to-face customer-facing role ideal for individuals looking to develop experience in:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Retail and hospitality transition roles
- Brand representation and marketing
You will be working directly with members of the public at events, retail pop-ups, and promotional sites, representing well-known brands and helping customers understand products and services through simple, engaging conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage the public through face-to-face customer interactions in a professional and approachable manner
- Deliver clear and confident product or service explanations and demonstrations
- Support customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversions
- Communicate promotional offers and campaign messaging effectively
- Build rapport quickly to encourage trust-based decision-making
- Guide customers through sign-up, registration, or purchase processes
- Collect customer feedback and insights from field activity
- Assist with event setup, branding, and promotional execution
