Marketing Specialist

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Marketing Specialist.

Position Summary:

Cleveland Brothers is seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives for the Construction Product Support division. This role will work closely with senior marketing and product support leadership to execute targeted campaigns, create engaging content and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution & Content Creation

• Write compelling copy for marketing channels including direct mail, email, social media, blogs, website, print and other mediums.
• Capture information, photos and customer interactions to develop engaging content for social media, website and intranet.
• Support the development of content for both internal and external audiences across various media platforms.
• Manage marketing collateral inventory, ensuring availability, proper distribution and alignment with campaign needs.

• Communication & Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials for internal and external releases.
• Interact with customers and branch personnel to capture stories, testimonials and content opportunities.
• Work with outside vendors and partners to produce and distribute marketing assets.

• Field Support & Travel

• Visit regional branch locations and customer jobsites as needed to support campaign execution and content development.
• Provide on-site marketing support at events, customer engagements or field projects when required.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze performance of marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on marketing impact and ROI.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).
• Experience working with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and service teams, customers and external partners.
• Ability to travel to branch locations and customer jobsites.
