Customer Experience Agent

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Experience Agent.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team and enhance our reputation by professionally handling incoming calls and consistently delivering excellent customer service to everyone who engages in our services.

Position Summary:

Maintain integrity and increase the quality of all customer data. Enhance Cleveland Brothers' reputation by correctly handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to all who engage in our services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls by obtaining callers' information and correctly directing caller to the appropriate party
• Ensure the customer is well served by practicing customer service approach including:
• Warm transferring calls
• Avoiding voicemail if possible
• Fulfilling customer's need by supplying information when appropriate
• Correctly log calls, ensuring that meaningful reporting is possible
• Provide feedback and communication to team on ongoing basis to improve offerings and ensure coverage

• Where customer-facing, greet walk-in customers, vendors, or associates and inquire about their visit to provide information or direct to appropriate individual or location.

• Other duties as required

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Prior Customer Service preferred
• Customer focused, results & detail oriented
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions
• Must conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain professional appearance
• Basic/intermediate computer/data entry skills

Education: High School Diploma

Related Experience:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the construction and/or power systems industries/products a plus
