Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Specialist.
Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain correct revision level of manufactured parts and parts lists
Ensure proper procedure is followed assembling parts
Load/unload parts or components into washers or onto racks/shelving
Perform tasks associated with assembly, sorting, & prepping material for production use
Efficiently and accurately pick, put away, and deliver parts orders to designated locations
Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures
Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
Ensure warehouse areas are clean and set in an orderly condition
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of customer service support experience in a mechanical/parts environment
Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience
Excellent computer skills
