Location: 495 Cornwell Ave (Cleve Hill Tire), Buffalo NY
Schedule: Full-Time Industry: Automotive / Tire Sales Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
As an Inbound Tire Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
· Answer inbound calls assisting customers with tire selection and sales, providing product knowledge and schedule appointments.
· Managing customer inquiries and addressing product-related concerns
· Complete all point-of-sale functions as required using computer software for data entry, managing work orders and processing payments. Maintaining accurate inventory records
· Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
· Providing excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships
· Other job duties as needed

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous call center or customer service experience in the auto or tire industry required
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
