Our client just finished the pre-discovery phase for their Global SAP HRIS and SuccessFactors implementation, and they are looking to engage an SAP HRIS - SuccessFactors PM with EC, ECP and time and attendance to lead their implementation for their US and Canadian locations for phase one and then Australia for phase two. They are currently on SAP ECC for Payroll and need a strong PM who understands HR Payroll and has managed global end to end EC and ECP implementations. This person will need to have extensive experience with stakeholder management, executive level communication and presentation abilities and will need to understand the importance of process harmonization as they will be working with team members on a global scale. In addition, they will be tasked with helping with vendor selection, change management and will need to be able and willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in where needed.
Must:
SAP HRIS / Successfactors PM with ECP implementation experience
Experience leading Complex Global HRIS and SuccessFactors implementations
SAP HRIS – Full Suite, Benefits, SuccessFactors, Employee Central etc
Deep understanding or background of HR and Payroll outside of just system experience
Excellent communication
