Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive anagement.
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
Travel up to 25%
Self-motivated with a positive and optimistic attitude; team orientation with good leadership skills - empathy and motivating cross-functional team members to common goal; display persistence, vision and positive attitude.
Good organizational skills and capable of independent work. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and appropriately determine priorities; able to work effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to develop and facilitate business processes to achieve project goals.
Ability to identify gaps in the project management areas (cost mgmt., risk mgmt., planning mgmt.), propose process improvement and provide training for project coordinators and project managers.
