Job Role: Cloud Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Columbus, OH(Onsite)
US Citizen & Green Card Only
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, ALB
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for provisioning and managing cloud resources
Good understanding of cloud networking concepts, including security groups, routing, and access control
Experience with containerized environments (Docker) and basic orchestration concepts (ECS preferred)
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and cloud security best practices
Experience working with Linux-based environments
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Manage cloud networking, security configurations, and access policies
Support application deployment and ensure cloud environment readiness
Monitor system health using AWS-native tools like CloudWatch
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure high availability of systems
Collaborate with development teams for cloud onboarding and migration activities
Good to Have:
Experience with ECS (Fargate) and container deployment support
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Basic understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
Knowledge of Aurora PostgreSQL or other managed databases in AWS
