Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Field Specialist to support ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and hospitals by educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of Green OR's medical device reprocessing program. This role combines clinical expertise with customer relationship management to increase participation in reprocessing initiatives, improve sustainability, and drive customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare providers and surgical teams.
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Clinical experience in a high-acuity healthcare environment is required.
Experience in one or more of the following roles:
Medical Assistant (MA)
Registered Nurse (RN)
Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
Sterile Processing Department (SPD)
Medical Scribe (MS)
Emergency Room Technician (ERT)
Experience working in a hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based applications.
Strong customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to assess customer needs, solve problems, and recommend effective solutions.
Comfortable working in operating room environments and interacting with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff.
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term business partnerships.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing healthcare experience.
Experience supporting medical device, healthcare, or hospital-based programs.
Strong analytical, organizational, and territory management skills.
Travel Requirements
Up to 40% overnight travel required.
