Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Treatment Coordinator role located in Clermont, FL. As a key team member, the Healthcare Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing treatment planning, assisting patients in understanding their care plans, coordinating insurance benefits, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include patient scheduling, maintaining treatment records, and serving as a liaison between the clinical team and patients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Treatment Planning and Dental Care, including knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in Insurance coordination and patient benefits verification
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain treatment options and processes
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare office preferred
