Minimum Requirements
Valid CDL Class A License

Minimum 2 Years of Verifiable OTR Experience

Must Own or Lease a DOT-Compliant Tractor

Must Have a 53’ Dry Van Trailer

Truck Must Be in Good Operating Condition and Meet DOT Standards

No Box Trucks

Clean Driving Record

No DUI/DWI Violations

No Major Moving Violations in the Last 3 Years

Ability to Pass DOT Drug Screening

Important Onboarding Requirements
Drivers must have the financial ability to cover the insurance down payment required to operate under our authority

Drivers must already have active apportioned plates or have the financial ability to obtain plates before onboarding

All equipment must remain compliant with FMCSA and DOT regulations at all times

Equipment Requirements
2015 or Newer Tractor Preferred (not required depending on program approval)

Properly Maintained Equipment Meeting DOT Standards

Earning Potential Example (Non-Guaranteed)
Average Rate Per Mile: $2.50 – $4.00

Weekly Miles: 2,000 – 3,500
