About Position:
Cleopatra Ink Tattoo and Piercing Fort Lauderdale is seeking a personable and enthusiastic Guest Relation Representative to be the face of our shop outdoors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and enjoys interacting with potential customers. The Guest Relation Representative will greet passersby, introduce them to our range of services, and encourage them to explore our tattoo flash designs and learn more about our artists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer information about the tattoo designs, services, and booking process.
- Answer customer questions about our artists, styles, and pricing.
- Encourage potential clients to come inside for consultations or to view our portfolio.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Monitor the tattoo flash stands to ensure they are well-organized and stocked.
- Direct customers to the studio for more in-depth consultations or booking appointments.
- Help maintain a clean and inviting outdoor environment around the tattoo flash area.
- Collaborate with the tattoo artists and front desk team to ensure smooth customer flow and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor environments.
- Comfortable engaging with a variety of people, including those unfamiliar with tattoos.
- Knowledge or interest in tattoo culture is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to provide a great customer experience.
Work Environment:
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings, may be required.
