Role Description
The Area Business Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, with a mix of on-site and remote work. The primary responsibility is to oversee studio operations within the assigned region, driving business growth and ensuring consistent application of company policies and standards. Your tasks will include overseeing sales performance,hiring,implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team to meet and exceed performance goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with studio staff, franchisees, and corporate teams is essential to ensure effective communication and success across the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business management, team leadership, and performance management
- Strong skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in operational oversight, planning, reporting, and budget management
- Knowledge of marketing techniques, branding, and event management strategies
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in retail or service industries, preferably in franchise models, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and adapt to a hybrid work environment
