Social Media Marketing Coordinator
The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and executing social, content and digital marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan and develop all social media content in alignment with new product launches and seasonal messaging; execute all social media scheduling and posting; oversee community management, manage relevant workflows and calendars, and regularly report on performance. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content calendars, scheduling and posting across all Cleobella social media accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product highlights, brand announcements, seasonal promotions, timely launches, events, and corporate initiatives are reflected in the social calendars
- Lead photo and video content creation, inclusive of ideation, logistics, and any necessary light editing
- Regularly interact with company founders to capture content and give direction where needed
- Regularly manage, organize, and maintain all relevant assets including brand and campaign imagery and video, e-commerce photography and video, social-first content, UGC, influencer and partnership content, etc.
- Create synergy with influencer and affiliate programs by working with the marketing lead and affiliate / influencer team and supporting where needed
- Manage Cleobella social channel comments and direct messages to promote community engagement and vet opportunities for potential new partnerships
- Assist the marketing and PR teams with regular product gifting initiatives, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of product to all brand partners
- Assist the marketing team with ongoing brand partnership initiatives, helping to ensure smooth workflows in project management while adhering to corresponding timelines and deadlines
- Maintain regular reporting documents, consistently analyzing results to identify areas in need of improvement to reach business and team goals
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in social media marketing, preferably in an in-house capacity related to fashion or accessories
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, platforms, and software
- Assertive and proactive nature; comfortable interacting with founders for social content needs
- Well equipped to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment with the ability to multitask and shift gears quickly based upon needs or changing priorities
- Highly motivated and collaborative team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
