About The Role
Cleo is building its in-house UGC production function from the ground up. As a Social Media - Influencer Manager, you’ll own the execution and scaling of UGC — sourcing the right creators, translating the strategy and the scripts into creator-specific briefs, and ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.
You’ll collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Strategists, and Copy teams to bring ideas to life, manage creator relationships, and support light video editing (such as adding captions, end cards, transitions, and minor trims) to prepare assets for paid social on Meta and TikTok.

About The Role
Cleo is building its in-house UGC production function from the ground up. As a Social Media - Influencer Manager, you’ll own the execution and scaling of UGC — sourcing the right creators, translating the strategy and the scripts into creator-specific briefs, and ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and onboard UGC creators using various platforms and tools.
- Expand and diversify the UGC creator pool across key geos, demographics, and product lines.
- Manage creator communication, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time content.
- Put together clear, actionable briefs, directions, and creative guidelines that set creators up for success.
- Build and maintain a structured creator pipeline with rates, deliverables, and performance insights.
- Act as a bridge between copywriters, growth marketers, and creators to ensure aligned briefs, clear feedback loops, and consistent delivery of high-performing content.
- Maintain strong organisation and continually improve processes as production volume scales.
- Perform light video editing to prepare the raw UGC footage for paid social, including adding captions, end cards, transitions, minor trims, and basic formatting for Meta and TikTok.
- Take Cleo’s in-house UGC production from ground up to a fully scalable, repeatable, high-performing engine.
- 4 years of experience in production, video editing/producing, social media marketing or creator partnerships/influencer marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of UGC best practices and paid social creative.
- A portfolio showing data-driven creative concepts that delivered measurable results.
- Proven ability to manage creators, briefs, and fast-moving production workflows.
- Basic experience with PremierPro/ AfterEffects/ InShot/ CapCut or similar.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with experience in managing asset production.
- Comfortable making light video edits and formatting assets for paid social.
- Data-informed and excited to experiment, iterate, and scale top-performing UGC.
- Experience in fintech, subscription-based products, or other app-first businesses

Compensation range
- United States: $90,000 - $115,000 gross annually*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
