We're looking for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our founding Chandler team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who is passionate about aesthetics and wants to build deep expertise in laser, skin rejuvenation, and energy-based treatments. This is not an injectable role - Botox and filler experience are not required.
Most importantly, you don't need to come to CLEO knowing every device or treatment we offer. We invest heavily in training and development and provide 80 hours of paid, hands-on training and onboarding to prepare you to confidently deliver the CLEO treatment experience.
What You'll Do
As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at CLEO, you'll provide personalized consultations and perform a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Laser skin rejuvenation and facial treatments
- Laser hair removal
- Laser tattoo removal
- RF microneedling and skin resurfacing
- Microneedling
- Radiofrequency and energy-based treatments
- Client consultations and personalized treatment plans
- Pre- and post-treatment education and aftercare
- Clinical documentation and client follow-up
You'll help clients understand their skin, recommend the right treatment plan for their goals, and build long-term relationships through education, trust, and exceptional results.
What We're Looking For
- Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain appropriate Arizona licensure
- 1–2 years of nursing, aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, laser, or related clinical experience preferred
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and laser technology
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to clinical safety
- Excited to learn and develop new technical skills
- Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Injectable experience is NOT required.

Every new CLEO provider receives 80 hours of paid training and onboarding, including:
- Laser and energy-based technology education
- Hands-on treatment training
- Skin and laser fundamentals
- Treatment protocols and clinical safety
- Client consultation and treatment planning
- Supervised hands-on practice
- Treatment-specific knowledge and practical certification
- Ongoing coaching and development after onboarding

Compensation & Benefits
