Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support our business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices across all Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, developers, admins) to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and data governance policies.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, data lakes, marketing tools, etc.).
- Oversee the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce components.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, third-party applications, and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with security policies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce environments.
- Document architectural designs, data flows, and integration patterns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in an architect or lead developer role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred or in progress.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Background in enterprise integration, data migration, or multi-cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
