Role Description The Installation Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Clemmons, NC, with some flexibility to work from home for planning and administrative tasks. This role oversees day-to-day installation operations, including scheduling and coordinating installation crews, managing job timelines, and ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on budget. The Installation Manager conducts site assessments, reviews project specifications, confirms measurements, and collaborates with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising installers, providing on-the-job guidance, verifying quality standards, and addressing any technical or customer issues that arise during installations. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in windows, doors, construction, or related building trades, with strong understanding of installation best practices and job-site safety.
