Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site People Analytics role located in Tyler, TX. The individual in this position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities include developing analytics reports, identifying workforce trends, assisting with organizational planning, and partnering with our leadership to provide data-driven insights. The role also involves maintaining data accuracy, streamlining people processes, and generating actionable recommendations to optimize human capital strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, experience in using Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail for interpreting workforce analytics
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and workforce planning strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Prior experience in a similar role or education in data analytics, human resources, or a related field
- Experience in oil and gas or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred
