Our independent insurance agency is growing and we are opening a new location. We've built a loyal and expanding client base that demands more than we can currently deliver, and we're looking for a driven producer to help us meet that demand. If you can walk into a room, own it, and turn a conversation into a relationship, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
▸ Manage and grow a book of business across personal lines, life and/or commercial lines
▸ Build genuine client relationships through consultative conversations
▸ Identify coverage needs, present solutions, and close new business
▸ Follow up on leads and referrals with urgency and professionalism
▸ Collaborate with agency staff to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
▸ A natural communicator who can hold strong, confident conversations with anyone
▸ A closer who knows relationships drive results
▸ Self-motivated, competitive, and service-first
▸ Active P&C and L&H license preferred — but not required for the right person
▸ Previous insurance or financial services experience a plus
