What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Business Administrator position at Clementon BOE Office?
NOTE: This position is a shared service between two districts.
Qualifications:
- NJ Business Administrator Certification
- Demonstrates knowledge of school district laws and regulations related to budgeting, purchasing, and other business office functions
- Three years of accounting experience in computerized accounting, including general ledger, financial statements, payroll, and state reporting
- Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)
- Experience with Payroll, preferably Systems 3000
- Experience with accounting software and online platforms
- Operational-level office skills including typing, word processing, filing, copying, calculator use, basic recordkeeping
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician
- Requires criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship
