Key Responsbilities
Store Operations:
- Ensure efficient daily operations at parlor locations.
- Maintain a well merchandised and inviting retail area according to Clementine’s standards, including presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Manage inventory, ordering stock, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a full complement of flavors.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring building maintenance and repairs.
- Implement and enforce Clementine's policies and procedures.
- Manage parlor schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Achieve and/or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent guest service and address guest inquiries and complaints.
- Train staff on sales techniques and guest service standards.
- Recruit, interview, hire and train Scoopers
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Scoopers
- Use performance management tools to manage team.
- Address team member issues and resolve conflicts.
- Submit bi-weekly payroll
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and financial procedures.
- Manage expenses including inventory and payroll expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of leadership and sales driving experience
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to create and maintain a culture of happiness and community
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to adapt to situations that may arise with guest and scoopers
