Caregiver for a day shift at the Residence at Chadds Ford in Glenn Mills PA

Clementine Home Care is looking for a Caregiver to work at the Residence at Chadds Ford in Glen Mills, PA.

What You Will Do:

• Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• The client is currently living at Residence at Chadds Ford
• Provide personal care to the client and assist him in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene (bathing), companionship etc.
• Accompany the client to community activities to support a more engaging and active lifestyle
• Genuinely connect with the client

We Offer:

• Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).
• Mileage compensation (currently 72.5 cents per mile) between cases

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification
• CPR certification
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
