We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Distribution Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient distribution environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort inbound shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts—if certified)
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow all company procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
- Basic computer or scanner (RF) skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.70 per hour
