Position Overview
We are seeking Sales Associates who are energetic, coachable, and ready to succeed. No automotive sales experience required — we will train the right person. This role offers huge earning potential through a competitive commission structure and performance bonuses, making it ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Help customers select pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and highlight features and benefits
- Lead test drives and explain pricing, financing, and warranty options
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to build lasting relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure consistent follow-up
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
- Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- No prior automotive experience required — training provided
