Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long-term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are seeking a friendly and quality service oriented Cafe Server to join our team to serve in our cafe, the Rainbow Room, working along side our award winning chefs. Ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, and passionate about delivering excellent quality service. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday with occasional evening events, equaling 40hrs bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Residents & guests warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere
- Take orders, serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Assist Residents & guests with menu selections, by being knowledgeable & enthusiastic
- Supporting the kitchen by, answering telephone orders, completing financial transactions, clearing tables, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service/customer service experience in a similar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to resident satisfaction
