What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to the CEO position at Clement Holdings?
Executive Assistant to the CEO
This is a high-level Executive Assistant position supporting the CEO of a large and fast-moving company. It is more than a traditional administrative role: you will work closely with senior leadership, contribute to important business priorities, and gain a broad view of how the company operates. No two days will be the same, and the variety will provide meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and make a visible impact.
No experience necessary. What's most important is someone who has what it takes to get the job done. Must be able to multitask, work effectively in a high-stress environment, and execute tasks with high precision.
The CEO manages multiple businesses, employees, projects, meetings, and urgent situations. Your responsibility will be to keep everything organized, protect the CEO’s time, anticipate needs, and ensure important matters are handled and followed through to completion. You will play an essential role in helping the CEO and the wider organization operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively in a very fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
- Remain exceptionally organized while managing a changing calendar, multiple assignments, deadlines, messages, and follow-up items.
- Have an excellent memory and retain important details, verbal instructions, commitments, names, preferences, and unfinished assignments.
- Develop reliable systems so that important information is recorded and nothing is forgotten.
- Handle confidential business and personal information with complete discretion.
- Communicate professionally with executives, employees, customers, and business partners.
- Solve problems independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Recognize when to make a decision and when something must be brought directly to the CEO.
- Be thick-skinned and not take direct communication, constructive criticism, or pressure personally.
- Receive honest feedback professionally, make adjustments quickly, and avoid repeating the same mistake.
- Remain calm, respectful, focused, and organized during stressful or challenging situations.
- Follow up persistently and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Be flexible when urgent matters arise outside normal working hours, with expectations and boundaries discussed clearly in advance.
- Remain accessible and responsive when urgent matters arise.
- Handle additional business or personal responsibilities assigned by the CEO.

The CEO is highly driven, moves quickly, and values accuracy, responsiveness, loyalty, strong organization, and dependable follow-through. You may receive several urgent assignments at once, so you must be able to remember details, establish priorities, and perform under pressure without becoming overwhelmed.
In return, you will have direct exposure to major business decisions, opportunities to develop valuable leadership and organizational skills, and the chance to earn significant trust and responsibility.
This role offers meaningful growth potential and the opportunity to become a trusted employee in the CEO’s operation. You will work across a wide range of business activities, develop relationships, and see the results of your work directly.
We are looking for someone dependable, emotionally steady, resourceful, highly organized, thick-skinned, and committed—someone who is motivated by responsibility, learning, and the opportunity to make a real contribution rather than someone seeking only a standard nine-to-five administrative position.
Before we continue, we want to make sure you understand both the pace and the opportunities this role offers. Does this sound like an environment in which you would perform well and grow?
