Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Experienced Service Advisor to join our service team at Clement Ford in Wentzville. This role serves as the key liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a first-class service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with service check-in and appointment scheduling
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle needs clearly and accurately
- Provide estimates and explain recommended services in understandable terms
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and precise repairs
- Keep customers informed on repair status and any updates
- Ensure accurate completion of repair orders and warranty documentation
- Recommend preventative maintenance and additional services when appropriate
- Address customer questions and concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred; dealership experience a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with automotive systems and service processes
- Experience with dealership service software and scheduling systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
