The Impact You’ll Make

This is an end-of-line leadership role with quality, people leadership, automation, and shipment-readiness ownership. We expect you to lead the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the RTE secondary packaging area, ensuring that cooked and already packaged product is accurately case packed, coded, labeled, palletized, wrapped, documented, and released for shipment, while building team capability across both primary and secondary packaging.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Develop Your Team
• Drive Production Performance
• Train and coach team members on SOPs, safety procedures, and production standards
• Lead daily team meetings and drive engagement on the production floor
• Coach employees on performance, productivity, and quality expectations
• Build bench strength through cross-training and skill development
• Monitor operations to ensure product quality and operational efficiency
• Manage job rotations and line assignments to maximize productivity
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Materials teams to meet production schedules
• Conduct product audits and investigate quality or food safety deviations
• Meet production volume goals while maximizing yield and controlling cost
• Reduce claims and improve operational efficiency across the harvest line
• Monitor slaughter operations and ensure product quality standards are met
• Provide coaching and hands-on training to develop team members
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and ensure production equipment is ready
• Submit maintenance work orders when needed to maintain equipment performance
• Minimize waste and control product sent to inedible
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe production environment
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and SQF programs
