As a Sales Operations Manager – Retail Channel you act as the critical link between external customers, sales teams, and internal cross-functional partners—owning account performance while identifying opportunities to improve processes, margins, and service levels.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Own customer profitability, volume performance, and KPI delivery
- Lead forecasting, P&L analysis, and margin management with actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service) to drive execution
- Manage pricing, trade spend, and accruals with accuracy and accountability
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support new product launches, promotions, and private label opportunities
- Translate data into insights that drive customer and business decisions
- Serve as a key liaison for both internal teams and external customer relationships
- High visibility and influence across multiple departments
- Exposure to end-to-end business operations
- Strong development opportunity with growth potential
- Fast-paced environment where you can make a measurable impact quickly
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Comfort working across systems (SAP, BI tools, CRM, etc.)
- Targeting candidates within commuting distance of Hatfield, PA
