This isn’t a lab-only role. You’ll be at the center of execution, collaborating with Operations, QA, and Production to bring fresh pork products to life.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of 10–15 active projects at a time
- Build and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Partner with cross-functional teams across QA, Operations, and Production
- Support product updates (packaging, configuration, specifications)
- Spend time on the plant floor ensuring execution is accurate and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Meat Science, Food Science, or related field
- Internship, research, or hands-on experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset
