Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across production and support areas.
- Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or potential failure points and take corrective action.
- Follow and uphold all safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and hazard identification.
- Execute maintenance tasks on mechanical systems including drive components, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Support basic troubleshooting and repairs identified during preventative maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to support maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work, inspections, and findings.
- Assist in updating maintenance procedures and documentation for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule and complete PM activities efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices in an industrial environment.
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems (drives, pneumatics, hydraulics).
- Understanding of electrical components and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
