What You’ll Own
- Lead ~12 leaders and 150–200 total employees across multiple shifts
- Stabilize and optimize new automation systems during ramp-up
- Drive labor cost, throughput, and on-time performance
- Ensure leaders use WMS and data daily to run the operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including 3PL oversight
- Build standard work, accountability, and leadership cadence
- Experience leading operations in an automated warehouse or DC
- Strong understanding of WMS, metrics, and system-driven performance
- Track record of developing leaders and improving team performance
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- You’ve owned automation, not just worked around it
- You can step into a startup or ramp environment and bring structure quickly
- You lead through data, accountability, and clear expectations
- Your background is mostly in manual warehouse operations
- You prefer stable environments where systems and teams are already built
