The Impact You'll Make
As our Brand Manager, you'll drive execution of our annual marketing plan and media strategy. Your work will directly influence brand awareness, campaign ROI, and consistency across retail and foodservice channels. Your success will be measured through clear KPIs—brand health, media performance, and budget efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead execution of our annual brand marketing plan from strategy to performance optimization.
- Manage agency partners across creative and media with a focus on effectiveness and accountability.
- Own our brand marketing calendar, packaging initiatives, and asset development across retail, media, and internal channels.
- Analyze brand and media performance data, deliver insights and action plans for optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Sales, Channel Marketing, Category, and Operations to align and amplify brand messaging.

- 5 years of brand or consumer marketing experience in Food, Protein experience preferred.
