What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering accountability and growth
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payments, including tax-related items
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Balance leadership with hands-on execution across AP operations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve clarity, responsiveness, and self-service capabilities
- Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes
- Payments are consistently accurate and on time
- The AP function is more streamlined, efficient, and scalable
- The team is empowered, accountable, and growing
- Business partners know exactly where to go and receive consistent support
- Experience leading Accounts Payable teams and processes
- Strong systems knowledge (SAP, Concur preferred)
- Proven ability to drive process improvements
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to stay close to the work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
