Overview
Clemens Food Group is seeking a Product Spec Change Manager to oversee and drive changes in our product specifications and master data processes. In this role, you will manage change initiatives, ensure data governance, and collaborate with multiple teams, including Operations, Sales, and Process Engineering. You will be responsible for tracking numerous spec change projects, ensuring accuracy in master data, and improving processes to create a more proactive workflow. This position requires strong leadership, adaptability, and an engineering mindset to ensure the successful execution of product changes.

- Leadership-Driven: While this role starts without direct reports, the ability to influence without authority is critical.
What You'll Do
- Change Management: Oversee and execute the product spec change process, ensuring efficient implementation across departments.
- Data Governance & Accuracy: Maintain master data integrity, manage discontinuation processes, and enforce data quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Support master data management in SAP, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to gather input, provide training, and drive continuous improvement.
