What You’ll Do:
- Support our mission by trimming, cutting, packing, and picking pork products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Drive quality and safety across every step of the production process.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift 50 lbs. and remain active for the entire shift.
- Willingness to work up to 10–12 hour shifts, including occasional weekends.
- A can-do attitude and commitment to doing quality work every day.
