What is the job about?
We provide residential-level cleaning for homes and small offices with green and non-toxic cleaning products. We want our clients and employees to feel comfortable with the products we use and not be exposed to harmful chemicals.
How much do you earn for your work?
We pay $15 per hour while you progress through our 5 day training program. Following training, you can earn as much as $24 per hour plus tips and review bonuses!

- Paid vacations (1 week - 12 months of work) (2 weeks - after 3 years of employment)
- Work from Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, no evenings or holidays. You will have 6 national holidays off and can request additional days off with 2 weeks notice.

- Get paid and learn: Your training will be paid at $15 per hour. After completion of our 5 day training program, you become eligible to earn between $19 and $24 per hour! No experience is required. Applicants must be used to physical labor, able to move and lift 20 lbs. and climb a 3 step utility ladder. House cleaning is a physical job and requires you to be on your feet for 5-7 hours daily.

- Paid Vacation Enjoy one week of leisure time to rest or spend quality time with your loved ones. Available after 12 months of consecutive employment. 2 weeks available after 3 years.
- Weekly Paychecks include hourly pay, review bonuses and tips
- Free nights and weekends: We do NOT work nights or weekends and you will have Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day off to enjoy with your friends and family!
Do I work alone or in a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo” or by 1 technician. In the event of larger jobs, you will be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. All of the teams are dispatched from their homes to customer locations.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a phone app (a smart phone is required) to view your daily schedule, clock in and out of your jobs and it even provides GPS to each location!
How do I get paid?
We pay by check or direct deposit every Friday. You do not need to have a bank account.
