The Challenge
Being a leader of change, an educator of CI, and a supporter of teams to remove waste and improve flow at Clemco
What You Will Do:
- Implement and support sustainment of 5S throughout the organization
- Educate and support teams with the development and revision of Standard Work
- Develop Visual Management to help team members quickly identify normal vs abnormal outcomes
- Facilitate events and trainings
- RIE’s (7-week cycle)
- Blitz’s
- Steel training
- Bronze training
- etc.
- Foster an environment where CI principles are positively and routinely demonstrated
- Effectively collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with overall business priorities
- Execution of Cell Assessments to help identify opportunities for learning and education within Clemco teams
- Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:
- Associate’s degree of science preferred, bachelor’s degree heavily preferred
- No experience in a Continuous Improvement role required, 3-5 years preferred
- Humble learner and teacher; results oriented and high energy with ability to inspire others
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Effective communication with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to accomplish goals with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn additional computer programs and applications
