Production Worker SECOND SHIFT

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in factory or warehouse settings and a solid understanding of assembly line operations. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work collaboratively to meet production targets. Hours 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality products.
• Use hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading supplies within the facility.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line work and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
