What We’re Looking For:
- Must have the ability to commute to work
- Must carry general liability insurance
- Must carry workers’ compensation policy in Minnesota
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and time management
What You’ll Do:
- Complete various cleaning tasks such as standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-outs
- Follow job instructions and communicate job completion
- Ensure a professional and respectful experience for every client

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces.
- Good organizational skills to manage time efficiently while completing tasks.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques as needed.
