We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our nursing home team. The Dietary Aide is an important part of providing our residents with nutritious meals, excellent service, and a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving meals to residents.
- Prepare trays and deliver meals according to residents' dietary needs.
- Provide courteous and respectful service to residents.
- Assist residents with meal service as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and facility policies.
- Properly store food and supplies.
- Assist with kitchen and dining room setup and cleanup.
- Communicate resident food preferences and concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Dietary Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous dietary, restaurant, food service, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working with elderly residents.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
