Service Coordinator

Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in El Paso, TX. The Service Coordinator will be the liaison between various departments and provide support to the El Paso Service Manager in administrative and warehouse tasks.

Job Location: El Paso, TX  

Essential functions: 

• Write requisitions for parts on service jobs where applicable  
• Write requisitions for non-inventory/non-Cleaver-Brooks parts and supplies  
• Work with SM to place forecasted jobs on the Manpower Schedule   
• Manage daily reports with oversight from Service Manager  
• Daily time entry  
• Handle per diem requests  
• Pull material for upcoming jobs. 
• Communicate with customers regarding job scheduling  
• Answer phones, take messages, service calls and/or direct calls  
• General office/administrative duties  
• Assist in pulling inventory parts   
• Assist in placing inventory stock orders  
• Assist in shipping/receiving  
• Assist in inventory cycle counts  
• All other duties as assigned  

Basic Requirements: 

Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.   

Experience:  3 years’ experience in administrative positions (time entry/payroll, data entry, requisitions/PO’s, etc.) This is a customer-facing position, must have experience in customer service.  Organizational skills necessary.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel required.  Basic mechanical, boiler, or HVAC knowledge a plus.   

Working Conditions and Hazards:  

Typical office environment. 

Must be able to stand and walk freely for a moderate amount of time, must be able to lift & move warehouse equipment, must be able to be on time for work 5 days per week.
