Carpenter:
Compensation is $18-30 /hour based on experience, plus structured pay increases over the first 6 months
The Job:
- Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
- Stable income and reliable year-round work
- Work outside in a variety of elements
- Learn and develop carpentry, framing, and construction techniques
- Provide value to the client
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Prior building trades experience helpful, but not required
- Willing to train
