Position Overview
As a Building Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3–4 team members in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 construction laborers
- Build post-frame structures from the ground up
- Operate hand and power tools
- Manage job site safety and productivity
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Enjoy a variety of job sites and daily tasks—no two days are the same
- Deliver top-quality results that provide lasting value for clients
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership
- Prior post frame experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to train and grow with the company
