Construction Foreman in Training:
Compensation is $25-30 /hour based on experience.
The Job:
- Paid training to lead a crew of 3 to 4 construction laborers
- Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
- Read plans, organize job sites, supervise employees
- Operate hand and power tools and equipment
- Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
- Stable income and reliable year-round construction work
- Work outside in a variety of elements
- Operate a one-ton crew cab, pull a trailer, and operate a skid steer
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- More than 2 years of prior building trades experience required
- Leadership/Management experience preferred
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Must possess valid driver’s license
